Part A: D.

It was between A and D. I chose D because the question focused on the degradation humans from unjust laws. Unjust laws don't just damage the laws the people they are meant to be against, they damage everyone.

Part B: B.

I chose B because it goes into exactly how an unjust law degrades a person by "distorting the soul and damaging the personality."

Note: It could also be seen as a Call to Action, because you'd want to change the effect unjust laws have on people when it's described that way. With the way its worded B makes more sense as a description than a call to action though ( with the word "Because" in there.)
