Dear Diary;

It has been another year with many twists and turns, all of which have worked out for the better. I have now fulfilled my goal of serving my city for 50 years, I can only hope to be as successful with the rest of my life as I have been thus far. There has been recent flooding, but it is to trivial a matter for me, so I shall allow the insurance personnel to worry about it. For this anniversary of service, I plan on throwing a party, one that shall be heard about for many years. I shall write more of my plans once they have been figured out. Until then....
