Can someone give me a reason on why i would want to learn more about the benefits of knowing how to swim? please hurry its due tommorow

keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs. tones muscles and builds strength.
In case of emergency, for your health, for taking time off and having fun, for a future job(Life guard, swim coach)
