I don't think were making any progress. There will always be people who thin the world was perfect decades ago. Lots of people use being "old fashioned" as an excuse for being hom0ph0bic. I mean look at BLM and gender equality. Even if they are different subjects, they all fall under the catogory of diversity. 20 years ago everyone asked themselves this very question, and look where we are.
