Ok I am not so sure about this one, since this was a LOT of counting, and unless you want to see 5 pages of calculations, I'm just going to go on a limb and say trust me. However, if you really want to see for yourself, I'll give you a hint. For the first 1***1 numbers, the sum is 1440. For the 2***2 numbers, the sum is 1683. Try to calculate this to 9***9 to find the answer! Again, not sure about my answer if it's wrong, sorry!
