Guys I’m really new to this and I’m struggling like hell to figure this out because I don’t have a weight measure but I only have cup measurements anyway I’m trying to figure out how many carbs is 1 cup cooked jasmine rice. On my label it says 1/4 is 45g of dry rice and the total carbs is 36g. All I need to know is what is a 1 cup cooked of jasmine rice
