5. Microwave

Situation: John saw his mother place a cold bread inside a microwave oven. After 3 minutes, his mom removed the bread from the oven and gave it to John John observed that the bread is warm after it was placed in the microwave oven. John wondered what caused the cold bread to warm up after it was placed in the microwave oven.
