The criminal justice professional must consider the wishes of the public but cannot disregard the law he or she should obey the law. The creation of new law if is out of the functioning area of professional then he may not go against the stipulated law.
The personal judgment should be restricted of any kind of bias when the formal rules are assigned with more than one choice if the personal judgment is given for the sake of monetary gain or any kind of favors provided by the defendant party then it will not obey the rules of law and equality in judgment for all.
A criminal justice professional cannot give opinion or judgment based on personal ethics or self-based morals as these will interfere in the fair decision-making process and it will be against the equality rule of law for all.
