I was feeling perfectly fine but once I hit health period I felt sick… like I have to throw up … but I didn’t eat nun all day
So do I wait till lunch or do i call my sister ?! And tell her to pick me up

I am a 10th grader and I sometimes get sick, I have went through the day without calling my parents because they never pick me up, if you wait to get picked up you may end up getting more sick from walking around
