at the beginning of when the reader in the audio started reading lines 7-8, he scoffed and you can subtly hear it. it is not paused because the reader only pauses when there is a comma, it is not that he read it louder because he did the same tone of voice but in different expressions, and it is not that he read it faster because he only slows down when it comes to punctuation as said again. hope this helps :))
