2. This might impact a number of teens because since they think it is "good" they would most likely use it.
3. Images and stuff can mislead people into thinking they are safe because, depending on the image, it would make non-smokers believe there will be no negative side-effects.
4. I don't think that this act affects people's choices. You can still see family and friends doing, which could motivate you to do it and think it's okay. And you see cigarette stores here and there.
