Facts are more factual and either have occurred or have evidently been proven. An opinion is usually based on someone’s perspective or what they asssume to be correct or factual.

A fact isn’t always correct and an opinion isn’t incorrect. Facts have research conducted or evidence that can prove the statement, however some facts arent always factual and can merely be an opioid of an individual. An opinion is subjective. So by subjective I mean that some will agree with and others will disagree. Facts can also be subjective and there is where opinions are aroused.
