The first train is going 119 mph and the faster one is going 124mph and I figured it out by doing time= distance/speed formula. so it would look like this.

3 = 357/s then you wold try to get s by itself to get the speed of the first train, and to get the second trains speed, you would just add 5 to the first trains speed.
