Computation:

Assume;

First can have number of candy = a

Using arithmetic progression

a + (a + 10) + (a + 20) + (a + 30) + (a + 40) 225

5a + 100 = 225

5a = 125

a = 25

Number of candy in first can = 25

Number of candy in second can = 25 + 10 = 35

Number of candy in first can = 25 + 20 = 45

Number of candy in first can = 25 + 30 = 55

Number of candy in first can = 25 + 40 = 65
