If you are referring to the Articles of Confederation, then each article goes as follows:

Article 1: Focuses on the Legislative branch, inwhich they make the laws.

Article 2: Focuses on the Executive branch, in which they are the ones who execute the laws (president is also included in this branch).

Article 3: Focuses on the Judicial branch, in which deals with the courts and justice systems.

Article 4: Focuses on the relationship between the individual states and the federal government.

Article 5: Focuses on amandments and how they work. Amendments help to ensure our rights as citizens, by making sure that the government doesn't infringe on them.

Article 6: Focuses on debts, supremecy, and oaths. This essentially makes sure that what ever power is held and used by the government is legitamate, in the eyes of the constitution.

Article 7: Focuses on ratification, in which it deals with the rules and qualifications used to determine if an amendment should be ratified.
