Multiply both the sides by the LCM of 4, 3 which is 12. After some simplification you'll get it as ..
[tex]3\left(3x-2\right)-4\left(2x+3\right)=8-12x [/tex]
Now, use the distributive property to open the brackets.
[tex]3\left(3x-2\right)-4\left(2x+3\right)=8-12x \\ 9x - 6 - 8x - 12 = 8 - 12x[/tex]
Now, bring the like terms together & simplify it.
[tex]9x - 6 - 8x - 12 = 8 - 12x \\ 9x - 8x - 6 - 12 = 8 - 12x \\ x - 18 = 8 - 12x \\ x + 12x = 8 + 18 \\ 13x = 26 \\ x = \frac{26}{13} \\ \large \boxed{\boxed{ \bf x = 2}}[/tex]
