Although you didn’t include an image, judging from the title “North Korea Explained: Life in North Korea (In the dark),” I am going to assume that it’s a story about North Korea’s lack of electricity. So I’m going to assume that the answer is A. To further develop the idea that lack of electricity is a problem. So go with that, but I’m not too sure.
