Weather can effect what you wear, an example of this is snowy weather. It would be extremely cold, so you have to wear the proper attire such as a thick coat and boots.
It can effect where we go also, an example of this is also snowy weather. If snow makes streets slippery and unsafe to drive, you will not be able to head to your destination, therefore the snow is effecting where you want to go. It can also possibly effect our mood, an example of this is rainy weather. When it rains, you should stay inside or you may possibly get sick. If it were to rain over a long period, this would make people have to stay inside for a long time. This would make them possibly feel sad, as they are unable to go anywhere.
