1. when the parents forbade her to go to the party, she reacted only and with too much emotion, just negatively, giving that one event way too much importance compared to her life overall, accusing everybody else present but herself for being responsible for that perceived loss. she threw a fit, had a temper tantrum from crying to shouting and possibly even throwing things and not able to listen to anything anymore at that moment.
