Hence, the first thing the user should do is to check Windows Explorer to confirm and verify that his or her computer system is connected to the network because this is the only pathway to access and store data on the file server.
Secondly, the user should save the workbook file to his or her hard drive as a backup in order to avoid any loss of data in the process.
