The prisoner can stay silent if he/she pleases

The prisoner will be fed and educated (If they have no education, unless you are a maniac who already knows right from wrong.)

If you are the prisoner, you won't be confined in 1 space and not be allowed to go out. (Because I think police fear they might commit su1cide)

In prison there IS free time, so you can do basically anything. (For the same reason as last reason.)
