Well, there have been many changes for women in the past 100 years. There have been Amendments made for women against discrimination such as the 19th Amendment. The 19th Amendment allowed Women the right to vote. That was passed by Congress and ratified in 1920. But there are many more things to signify that society has changed for women. Business laws have changed to allow more women in the workplace. We have the right to own property, earn an equal wage, and live free from violence and discrimination.
