B) Without change in meaning: In this type of transformation not only the negative word (no,not etc) comes after helping verb but also the parent word in sentence interchanges with a word in such a way that sentence doesn't loose its original meaning.

Consider an example

"This is the front door of my house" changing this sentence into negative results "This is not the back door of my house" which clearly indicates first and second sentence are pointing towards a single point.
