The Uros also called Urus are an indigenous people living in Peru and Bolivia. They live on floating islands in Lake Titicaca which are self made. With the use of dried Totora reeds in bundles ,they make boats which they use to navigate the islands.

The Languages spoken by the Uros includes

  • Spanish

Currently , there are about 2,000 Uros in Peru.
