He claims because of the drought, people are turning to extreme ideas to solve the water crisis. He uses the words of credible experts like Mike Marcus, who says that the processed water is "stripped down to the H, 2, and O," to support his claim. I think he is right in thinking the 'yuck' factor will stop people from drinking processed water, but maybe, with time, we will come around to it.
