The advise I would give to a young person on how a good personal lifestyle can assist to achieve their post-school goals ​is that:

  • A  good personal lifestyle will give her an edge in life and through the help of Quality Mentors, she can achieve her goal.
  • I will Encourage her to have a Healthy and active Lifestyle.
  • I will tell her to build their Interpersonal Skills as it will help her in her  post-school goals.

A post high school goal is known to be one that connote those goals that a person or student hopes to get or achieve after leaving secondary education/school.
