Paul Kagame has been in power in Rwanda since 1994. It reigned for 9 years when his forces ousted the government led by Hutu which lead to the deaths of 800,000 Tutsis and others.

Since that occurences, Mr. Kagame’s notable success in turning Rwanda around Rwanda's of better livelihood.

In 2003, after the continuous reign of Kagame, National Referendum replacing the Constitution was passed and this mandate the government that a multi party system should be in Rwanda.

Therefore, Most people who supported the state during the genocide now realize their mistakes describe Rwanda's democracy.
