I feel the biggest impact is that nobody really uses pen and paper anymore they just tend to use technology. I think by 2020 more than 80 percent of the world will be using technology and not paper and pen if that. With technology you have no privacy the government is watching everything that you do. everything that you text, skype, call, say, the government sees. You have no privacy with technology but with pen and paper you have some privacy. Hope this helps
