The opposite of Sensing is Intuition. ex: the opposite of ESFJ is INTP. The other opposite criteria are Extraversion - Introversion, Thinking - Feeling, and Judging - Percieving.

In Carl Jung's type theory of personality both sensing and intuiting type have a completely different approach in receive and process new information. The Sensing type prefers to  absorb new information by experiencing it directly. The intuiting type tend to prefer to dive in the world of imagination and possibilities when perceiving new information.
