Short write : Cause and Effect in "We've Got a Job"

Students will write a short paragraph (3-4 sentences) and :

1. Explain in their own words what "Cause and Effect" means.

2. Provide one example of cause and effect relationship from the story about tthe Children's March.

For instance : If the cause was "the adult protestors were attacked by police dogs", then what would the effect of that be?

Note: there could be multiple effects as a result of one cause. Think of several effects of this particular cause.
