Metaloids are like sodium or magnesium, and most are reactive with water
they are found on the periodic table
they are found on the periodic table
Metalloids are elements along the "zig-zag line" on the periodic table. They are semi-conductors, some are shiny, some are dull, they are also somewhat malleable and ductile. Malleable means that the element can be rolled into a thin sheet of metal and ductile means that an element can be pulled into a wire. The eight (8) metalloids are Boron (B), Germanium (Ge), Arsenic (As), Antimony (Sb), Tellurium (Te), Polonium (Po), and Astatine (At).
