Volume of Triangular Prism Formula
The volume of a triangular prism is the space inside it or the space occupied by it. It is measured in cubic units such as cm³, m³, in3, etc. We will see the formulas to calculate the volumes of different types of triangular prisms. The volume of any prism is obtained by multiplying its base area by its length.
The volume of a prism = base area × length of the prism
=> V = 1/2(6)(4) × 10
=> V = 3(4) × 10
=> V = 12 × 10
=> V = 120
Therefore, volume is 120cm³
