I believe the answer is: the representativeness heuristic
the representativeness heuristic refers to the tendency to make judgement based on probability that we had under uncertain situation.
In our mind, representativeness heuristic serves as some sort of mental shortcut that allow us to make us able to make decision quickly even though the decision might be incorrect due to lack of evidence.
According to the biases and heuristics in decision making, it can be concluded that Hillary mirrors representativeness heuristic in this scenario. Representativeness heuristic is when someone makes a judgment about something being true or an event taking place without knowing for sure. Hillary assumes that Drake plays basketball due to being tall and lanky, though she is uncertain that is the case. She used the very little knowledge she has about a person to make a judgement.
