N-A-N-A-N-A-N-A-N-A-N    shows nodes and anti-nodes

10 quarter wavelengths are shown  (or 2.5 wavelengths)

30 / 2.5 = 12 cm wavelength      since there is 1/4 wavelength between node and anti-node
