Permanent tissue is made of meristematic cells, which has definite form and shape and have lost the power to divide and differentiate and are of three types - simple, complex and special. The simple tissues are of of three types namely parenchyma, sclerenchyma and collenchyma.
Plant tissue allow the maximum elongation of plants to absorb sunlight for the photosynthesis process. Primary phloem can transport the products of photosynthesis from the leaves to other parts of the plants.
