[tex]\sf Area \ of \ triangle = \dfrac{1}{2} \ x \ base \ x \ height[/tex]

=============================

a) Given Area: 18 cm² and base: 9 cm

[tex]\sf \rightarrow \dfrac{1}{2} (9)(h) = 18[/tex]

[tex]\sf \rightarrow h = \dfrac{18(2) }{9}[/tex]

[tex]\sf \rightarrow h = 4[/tex]

∴ The height of the triangle is 4 cm

b) Given Area: 32 m² and height : 4 m

[tex]\sf \rightarrow \dfrac{1}{2} (b)(4) = 32[/tex]

[tex]\sf \rightarrow b = \dfrac{32(2)}{4}[/tex]

[tex]\sf \rightarrow b = 16[/tex]

∴ The base of the triangle is 16 m

c) Given Area: 480 mm² and base: 30 mm

[tex]\sf \rightarrow \dfrac{1}{2} (30)(h) = 480[/tex]

[tex]\sf \rightarrow h= \dfrac{480(2)}{30}[/tex]

[tex]\sf \rightarrow h=32[/tex]

∴ The height of the triangle is 32 mm
