After I was hired there was a six-week Training it’s purpose to ensure that I could do the job correctly.
Training exists in the operation of being conditioned or taught to do something, or is the method of learning and being conditioned. When you teach a new employee how the industry works, this is an example of training. When the employee exists learning how the business works, this exists an example of training.
Training also assists in the growth of employees. It first helps in finding talent in them and then developing it to the maximum. The adaptability of a worker will support him in working in new and improved positions. If a worker understands fast then he will be able to develop his talent and enhance his performance.
A trained worker derives satisfaction and job happiness from his work. He feels happy when his performance exists up to the mark. This also provides him job security and ego satisfaction. The employers will properly look after an employee who performs well. All these factors will enhance employee morale.
