The National Council of LARAZA ( NCLR) is the largest Hispanic organization in USA.
It was founded in 1968 as a nonpartisan and non profit organization. Dedicated to reducing discrimination and poverty and to improving the lives and economic opportunities to Hispanic Americans .
The head quarter was in Washington D.C . Branch office in Los Angles etc.
Main focus was on program operations, management and governance as well as resource development .
