The OIC for a convoy operations and small arms exercise. Your commanding officer informs you that he would like to shoot mortars with he is support of the maneuvering troops. You tell him that you cannot allow that to happen because you need to fire mortars before or after troops maneuver.
OIC shall be of equivalent rank to RSO .
