Squanto's negotiation with colonist was regarding a prosperous planting season for the English settlers at Plymouth and a good harvest.
Squanto, sometimes known as Tisquantum, was a Patuxet Indian who served as an interpreter and guide for the Pilgrim immigrants during their first winter in the New World.
In the short run, the pact and the collaboration it encouraged with the Wampanoag people resulted in a successful planting season and harvest for the English settlers at Plymouth. In other terms, it most likely rescued Plymouth Colony from annihilation.
Squanto taught the English immigrants of Plymouth Colony (after known as pilgrims) how to produce crops, fish, and hunt in order for them to thrive in their new home.
Therefore, the negotiations resulted in production of crops, fishing and building new home.
