English:Hello, I am a restaurant owner. It is very difficult as I have to cook a lot as the restaurant is always busy.Some of the people are nice and some of them arent. One timer someone threw the food on the floor since I didnt cook it good enough and they left without paying. I think that resturanuts owners should be treated better.We require the employees to wear mask and they have to go through a 2 week training. The training teaches them the recipes but they only recieve the training after being accepted. They must be 12 or older with parent permisson and they must be able to work. If they do not have a vechile we can pick them up and we pay well . We pay $17 an hour which is very good .Different resturanuts have different things of course so ours is unique, we allow animals and we have a play place also. We also have food of different cultures.
Español:Hola, soy dueño de un restaurante. Es muy difícil porque tengo que cocinar mucho ya que el restaurante siempre está ocupado. Algunas de las personas son agradables y otras no. Una vez, alguien tiró la comida al piso porque no la cociné lo suficientemente bien y se fueron sin pagar. Creo que los dueños de resturanuts deberían ser tratados mejor. Requerimos que los empleados usen una máscara y tienen que pasar por un entrenamiento de 2 semanas. El entrenamiento les enseña las recetas pero solo reciben el entrenamiento después de ser aceptados. Deben tener 12 años o más con el permiso de los padres y deben poder trabajar. Si no tienen vechile los podemos recoger y pagamos bien. Pagamos $17 la hora, lo cual es muy bueno. Los diferentes restaurantes tienen cosas diferentes, por supuesto, por lo que el nuestro es único, admitimos animales y también tenemos un lugar para jugar.
