Can u please help me

Let's say I write music and was looking for a band to help me with my songs. Where would the best place to go for me to find these people. Who can play guitar, play the drums, who can sing, and play the piano. Please this would really help me because I plan on going to college for pediatric nursing, art designing, and singing so i can get those degrees eventually after I graduate high school this year. This is what I love and I would like to ceased with it and follow my dreams.
