I'd like to kindly draw your attention to the fact that women are ill-treated and underrepresented in society's diverse tasks. I would want to suggest prioritizing issues that must be fixed and giving less attention to non-issues. Physical violence against women is a big problem, and vulnerable women are less likely to protect themselves, in contrast to focusing on concerns like online harassment, trolling, and casual misogynist remarks that eventually go away on their own if ignored or if one ignores social media.
Please think about the issue and some possible solutions, such as more encouragement for women in the job.
