GI function is the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. The normal functioning includes proper digestion of the food, its absorption and excretion of the waste products produced. If the tract is unable any of the functions in an improper manner, then it is considered as diseased.

Exercise is any form of physical activity to keep the body fit, healthy and active. There are various range of exercise from a simple brisk walking to high intensity workouts, weight-lifting, etc. However, a simple walk of 30 minutes is sufficient for someone to maintain the body active.
