Women's who used to consume high amounts of soy foods during their adolescence had low risk of breast cancer, as per the study.

Higher levels of estrogen had been found to be linked to an increased risk of breast cancer, however food sources of soy don't contain high enough level of inoflavoves which can increase the risk of breast cancer.

However, fried foods significantly increases the risk of breast cancer, and one can  prevent cancer by following precautions;

  • Eating a healthier diet, with higher levels of proteins, fibers and carbohydrates,
  • By putting limitations or stopping the consumption of alcohol,
  • By increasing physically activities in daily routine, such as exercises, yoga, walking, etc. and
  • By maintaining the Body Mass Index of the body,keeping checks on weight.
