The right option is collectivism. collectivism, any of several sorts of social organization in which the man or woman is seen as being subordinate to a social collectivity such as a state, a nation, a race, or a social class. Collectivism may also be contrasted with individualism (q.v.), in which the rights and hobbies of the character are emphasized.
Collectivism is a political idea associated with communism. More broadly, it is the thinking that humans need to prioritize the proper of society over the welfare of the individual. Collectivism — so closely related to the word collection — has to do with political theories that put the team earlier than the individual.
Collectivist Societies
Having sturdy families and friendship companies is essential in these societies and people may also sacrifice their happiness or time for the benefit of any person else or for the higher right of a group. Countries such as Portugal, Mexico and Turkey are examples of collectivist societies.
