Respuesta :

Before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, the American attitude about the war in Europe was that the United States should not get involved.

What did the Americans think of the War in Europe during WWII?

When the war in Europe broke out, most Americans did not want the United States to go to war as well as they viewed the war as a European conflict that did not involve them.

This changed however when the Japanese bombed the American base of Pearl Harbor and killed more than 1,700 Americans. Pearl Harbor was in Hawaii which was in Asia but Americans reversed their opinion on war in Europe because Japan was allied with the Germans.
