Hypothesis can be defined as an educated guess based on keen observation and prior knowledge.
This observation when go through a number of tests to prove or disprove something then it becomes a theory.
A theory is nothing but a principle or a group of principles which gives a scientific phenomenon.
A scientific model is a link between a hypothesis and a theory.
When the test of hypothesis with valid observation has been done it become a model. when a theory is repeatedly tested and proven become model.
