What is informative voice.?

Informative voice is when the speaker is trying to educate his/her audience on a specific topic through his speech or presentation. The main objective of this is to take difficult topics and present information that allows the audience to understand it easily.  We can see in the attached image with the question that the author is telling us about a professor named "Connie Yu-Hwa Chung", using easy to understand language and detailed explanations for the people who are reading it.
