In regards to recruitment via the use of social media to be able to meet rights-focused ethical theory of expectations of any person that is going into a contract. Otherwise, one can say that it is not ethical especially for employers to go online to search social media for any information about the applicants that are looking for a job in your company.
Ethical standards are simply defined those principles that tends to boast or promote the elements of trust, good behavior, fairness as well as the ruling conduct of anybody.
